Product Description
We supply different types of capping machines, which are applicable for various plastic caps, aluminum screw caps, ultrahigh aluminum caps, crown caps, sport caps, corks and other special caps.
Our Automatic Spindle Capping machines can handle most bottle cap types, diameters of which range from 10mm to 100mm.Our Automatic Spindle Capping machines can handle most bottle cap types, diameters of which range from 10mm to 100mm, and can handle up to 200 bottles per minute. The new innovative design makes it easy to use and maintenance free. When using the ASP series machine, the operator is only required to pour the caps into the cap tank, then the cap feeder will place the caps on the bottles and the capper will secure the caps onto the bottles by three pairs of wheels automatically. We offer 3 kinds of cap feeders for you to choose- Raising, Tilted Plate or Vibrating Cap Feeder. You can choose as your requirement.
This machine consists of turntable, conveyor, guaduator, aluminum cap oscillator and electric control system etc.
Bottle is feeding by turntable and conveyor, bottle positioning by guaduator. The capping head move up and down and rotate at the same time to seal the aluminum cap with the help of the graduator.

the machine works stably and keep consistent torque under long term
working condition
2. The clamping belts can be adjusted separately, which allows the machine to
be suitable for capping bottles with various heights and shapes

4. The convenient construction adjustment system is equipped with precise ruler
and counter
5. The torque limiters can ensure the torque consistency effectively
6. The mainframe can be lifted and descended automatically by a motor
