使用法
Method of Use: Allow Arasta LC to reach room temperature before use. Mark margins for the individual tray on the plaster model. If necessary, use a space maintainer. If space maintainer is not necessary, insulate plaster model. Remove protection foil (close the lid of the box immediately) and mould plate onto the model and cut the desired rim. The transparency of Arasta LC allows very exact modelling. The excess material can easily be used for making a handle. Arasta LC is then polymerized on the model in a standard light unit (halogen or UVA light). Depending on the thickness of the contoured tray, polymerize for 3 - 5 min. Longer polymerization will improve the physical properties of the material. The custom tray is then ready for use immediately. A slight inhibition film, caused by the oxygen in the air, can be removed with a tissue moistened with alcohol.
