Product is obtained from sound, fresh and ripe tomatoes (Lycopersicon Esculentum Mill.), harvested from horticultural farming undergoing regional specifications for Integrated Production (Emilia Romagna law N. 28/99).
The juice from washed, peeled, seedless fruits is concentrated, pasteurized and filled in metal can. Produced only with Italian tomatoes.

FILLING TYPE: Hot filled product. Pasteurization by heat treatment suitable for canned product, to assure commercial stability until expiry date when stored in a tightly closed, original, undamaged container and in dry and clean place under room temperature condition.
INSTRUCTION FOR USE: The product is suitable for all types of consumers, except those for which there is a particular sensitivity to the product. In detail, it is suitable for consumption by people with celiac disease, vegetarians, lacto-ovo-vegetarians, vegans. It is ready for consumption and doesn't require further preparation; it may be used either before or after cooking, with or without additional ingredients. Once opened, keep refrigerated in another container and use within 3 days.
SHELF LIFE: 36 months in sealed container, always counting from September of the crop year – coded on the top.

FLAVOUR: Fresh, fruity, typical of tomato.
TASTE: Sweet, fruity, lacking in burnt, mouldy or alteration aftertaste.
